The expected delivery time from the moment you place an order is 3 working days in The Netherlands. Other European countries the expected delivery time is 7 working days.

- Shipment fee is € 5 within the Netherlands

- Shipment fee within Europe is € 12

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please send us an email before shipment and we will provide you with a return number. Shipment fee is at your own cost but will be reembursed when a new purchase is made.

Products that you wish to return must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. They must not have been used or washed and must still have their labels on.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to send us an email to return the purchase.

Your order confirmation will generally arrive within an hour completion of your order (also check your spam folder). If it has not arrived, check whether the purchase amount has been deducted from your account. If this is the case, you can safely assume that the order has been successful. You can also find your order number in the payment reference.

Please inform us if you have not received confirmation a few hours after placing your order, so we can let you know if everything has gone well.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Of course, you may accidentally make the incorrect choice, or change your mind. After placing your order, send us a request for cancellation via email : info@lucesdelsur.nl

And we will try and cancel the order for you. If it's already shipped, we will solve it also.

At the moment we do not offer customer service over the phone but this is something we hope to offer in the future.s possible for your customers.

If you are citizen of a Non-EU country, you might have to pay VAT and customs on top of your purchase when the package arrives in your country. In this case the customer will be responsible for the payment of import duties and taxes.

Within the EU the products have all relevant import taxes and duties already included in the price.
